Participant packets & race numbers must be picked up on 13 May 11:00–21:00 or 14 May 11:00-19:00 at Olympic Complex Luzhniki.
PLEASE NOTE: These items will not be available for pick up on or after race day.
To pick-up participant packet and race number you must present:
— Photo ID;
— The original medical certificate stating the participant has no contra-indication to running in competition.
If you can’t pick-up your participant packet and race number on 13-14 May, a friend or family member may serve as your proxy and pick up your race materials for you.
Proxy must bring the following documents for person he/she is representing:
— A copy of the participant’s photo ID;
— The original medical certificate stating the participant has no contra-indication to running in competition;
— The original letter of attorney for a third party to collect participant’s packet and race number.
PLEASE NOTE: No race materials will be released without all these documents. If you forget your medical certificate, you will not be authorised to take the start.
— Race number with timing chip;
— Wristband and clothing bag for clothing drop off;
— Finisher medal (after the finish line).
Medical certificate must proof that the participant has no contra-indication to running in competition. Medical certificate must be valid in the athlete's country of residence, filled in, stamped and signed by a doctor, and comply with all the rules and regulations enforced in the athlete's country. The certificate must be issued less than 6 months prior to the Moscow Half Marathon, i.e. 15 November 2015.
Certificates will not be returned to the participants. A copy is acceptable upon presentation of the original certificate.
